Why?

A low price makes the brokerage nervous - right or wrong


A stock like this - without a NASDAQ level B and A (1000 shares backing the B and A) - scares the brokerage as much or more as they worry what if they want to sell say 20,000 shares - will the price hold or will they be the market and drive price down
