Orangeman, the first Regdex was filed in Oct. 2003 there is a grace period where stock can be sold prior to filing. There was some volumn prior to that. The bulk of the volume came after the filing.
Danny, all the Regdex's are on SEC Edgar site (there is a wealth of info. in the filings dating back to 1999) . A dark pink sheet co. can only sell $1mil worth of stock per year and the sales must be concluded in that year. Convertible debt. can be converted at any future date, generally it has an agreed upon strike price. Or the co. can purchase back the debt. Prior to the RS FH had issued debt and paid 8% interest to the holders. It's possible he stuck to the same pattern when he issued the Conv. Debt.
WC I think the OS was reflecting the amount of shares required to cover the Conv. Debt at the PPS at the time he updated the OS on the websites. I think you said as much yourself.
What strikes me as really curious is the way Mr. Hilal posted the OS, like it was on a billboard. On the first lame website it was about the only thing on it. The following two websites were about the same. First thing you saw. It's gone from the new website. Curious indeed.
A small pink sheet reporting co. has until the end of March to file. If FH is coming out of the dark at that time, (is this the leaked news?) and only half of what we speculate is true, the PPS is going much much higher. My guess is there may be 30 minutes to purchase semi cheap shares than all hells gonna break loose. Good luck longs. Newbees get your shares while you can. Lars
