/THE/ vote may very well be a given, but -
the fact that they were required by law to
do so, and IMO, that they openly conveyed
that to the shareholders, shows that PHOT is
dedicated to transparency in Investor Relations.

Those who have been invested in PHOT for awhile
will very well echo that fact. THAT is what brought
us here to begin with. Until PHOT gives me any
inclination to believe otherwise, I write them
checks without micro-managing.

with portions of your post.
