PHOT been watching ,not posting but..imo the vote will pass. You have to expect that. They control the shares. The market doesn't seem too worried or we wouldn't see the run up over the last week. I remember the doom and gloom when it sold off last time. Smart peeps bought more or bought back in. I have lost my a$$ in pinks over the years but this one seems to be the real deal in a lot of ways. Still don't drink the koolaid too much. Just seems like the business has growth potential if more states go like CO and Wash. The company has to execute but if they can , profit can be made, earnings can be raised. GLTA I don't own any shares. My bank is so low I only trade options. Wish I could have pounded those .18. Worse yet I knew about this one at .05. from of those e-mail newsletters that I don't ever trust cause 90% of their calls suck.
