Again, that wasn't the claim made by the poster. He or she claimed that GRLT the company owned only 10% of Grillit the restaurant franchise. It's an easy enough distinction to grasp, surely?

And once again, you over-estimate the accuracy of filings for sleazy penny stock scams like GRLT.

The criminals behind GRLT - Dias, Chambers, Elfenbein et al - have no compunction about lying in the filings and public statements of their many conspiracies to defraud, GRLT being only one of many.
