RJ...............The tradable float is up and that more than kills any reduction in the O/S.
Someone here was saying there was buying by insiders and that should decrease the float. It's higher.

RJ....If insiders are buying....why are the resticted down and the float up?

Does that really make sense to you? It sure doesn't to me.
