K9, talking about the o/s. Folks have been saying this stock has an o/s of 71B...and NO mention of the restricted OR the shares in the float.
We all KNOW that the o/s is HUGE here with PRRM. And ANY kind of retirement of shares is accepted by me and many others. Yes, I know it is ONLY 1B of 71B...BUT it is a start???
As far as the Higher Float, it is there. But we knew when we bought this stock that SOME of those Restricted Shares would be converted at one point or another.
And as far as the float number of 29B from 3/11, we knew that there was CONSTANT dilution up until June 2005, and then it MAXED out at 71B, NOW down to 70B.
Yeah, it is a MAJOR BABY STEP in the right direction. I just hope that it continues to go DOWN!!
NOW, you did bring up a GREAT POINT, as to the a/s. YES, I agree with you 100% about this, DAN needs to UPDATE the t/a AND the a/s DOWN to 80B OR less!!
