It's always easy to coach from the cheap seats, and even easier with 20/20 hindsight! Most of these posters who complain about mismanagement, incompetence, ect., wouldn't have a clue and it's quite evident they don't. To accomplish what Wave endeavored to do was monumental and perhaps the most incompetent thing in their whole business plan was their unbelieveable high expectations to bring hardware security to the forefront. That is being accomplished as I speak, but now not by themselves, but now with most of the gorillas in the industry. Perhaps these posters should consider the following:

Dell partnered with Wave
Intel partnered with Wave
STMicro partnered with Wave
NTRU partnered with Wave
STX(Seagate) partnered with Wave
Atmel partnered with Wave
G&D(Giesecke & Devrient) partnered with Wave
ORC partnered with Wave
NCIT partnered with Wave
Efficient Forms partnered with Wave
Sonex and Cryptas partnered with Wave
Groupement des Cartes Bancaires, "CB" partnered with Wave to evaluate trusted computing solutions
A la Mode partnered with Wave

I wonder why?
Now consider this:

Trusted Computing hasn't even really started!!!
How many more companies will jump on the bandwagon?
Then these posters have the balls to think that they might do better or someone else might of made better progress!

Nobody in their right mind would of even attempted what it seems like what Wave has achieved!!

This past week a United States Department of Defense agency
contracted Wave to provide consulting
services in connection with a study to evaluate the implementation of trusted
computing solutions for the government!

February 08 (EDGAR Online) -
Item 8.01. Other Events.
Wave Systems Corp. has been awarded a $319,000 contract by a United States
Department of Defense agency. Under the contract, Wave will provide consulting
services in connection with a study to evaluate the implementation of trusted
computing solutions for the government. The term of the project is expected to
be four months.

This is why I don't have patience for these losers!
