The Company is not a scam, since they have 2 donut shop size restaurants, the valuation and the way they have issued the shares, news and their vision for the future is the scam. These shares have lost 92% of their value since last Spring/Summer and will lose more for new shareholders once the 4 to 1 split comes into effect and the new shares begin trading on 8th August.
