There is no way to tell until the accounting issues are all laid out. The price should be based on reasonable and predictable bottom line 2004 forecasts. The yearly earnings forecast times some multiple will show the market the way. All of this is subject to change as additional licensees come on board provided that IDCC can show the expected recurring revenue to be generated for the remainder of 2003 and 2004.
