And I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that all these pot companies are being investigated as we speak. MDBX, SKTO, trust me, they know about these companies quite specifically.

I would not be shocked that 90% of these pot companies get indicted and stung all at once on the same morning.

SmallCapsMarket has been right all along. The DOJ already has names and numbers on inter and intrastate commerce within the industry that is violating federal law. They already know who is doing what, and it breaks fed and state laws.

These issuers are screwed. And right now, none of them can clear a registration with the SEC.

Who knows, maybe they need to build a new facility at all the Metro Detention Centers in all these states to house all these scammers. Dr. Chiropractor and Vinny have a cell already being built just for them.
