call me a tinfoil hat guy- I don't mind..

They bought the building for approx. $600,000.

The existing building is set up with a hazardous material extraction system....permitted..
compare this building's size with the one that FIT* is about to build
This building is 50% larger, and already set up.


Existing chrome business model makes $12,000,000 per year (I assume gross) but the vendors are selling their business for five percent of their gross?
