PPS changes hourly/daily/weekly etc. PPS does not reflect the value of the company, it reflects the price. If pps reflected the value no one would ever make a profit investing..hence the word "undervalued".

right now i can buy LTNC at .20. To me that is a good value because I believe the future price will be much much higher.

Thats investing.
