I really wish the company would have afforded why these new options are needed? Probably the only one that has a decent investment in the company is Harry and Bogialono.

Rip,Fagan, and all board members only bought a few thousand shares when coming aboard and have been paid way above others in the same type of companies.

They all have a right to sell their shares but just once I would like to see them take some of their profits and invest in the future like we did.

If you take the whole management team except Harry and Bogilano I would venture to say that TeeCee and AMS have more invested than the rest of management at IDCC.
