I am feeling frightened and heartbroken this evening. After adopting my sweet female Benagal cat "KiKi" 4 years ago when her former owner was "rehoming" her at the age of 6.5 years, I've noticed that she very occasionally seems to have neurologlic head tremors. After first witnessing these apparent tremors soon after adopting her, I took her to a vet for evaluation but he deemed her to be healthy.

However tonight she had head tremors that were much worse and longer lasting than I have ever seen. I held her head a few times to try to stop the tremors. This is the first time I've ever seen her have such scary symptoms.

Have any cat owners on this forum ever experienced something like this?

She is a total sweetheart who had to adjust to me being her new mom after her former mom of over six years rehomed her. I found her on craigslist when I was looking for a companion for a male Bengal cat I took in after his owner died. KiKi's former owner had all four paws declawed yet she holds her own with my much larger male Bengal who is fully clawed.

We three have become a happy little family. KiKi and Tigger love to play fight and chase each other all over the house.

KiKi's head tremors tonight really scared me and caused me to fear she might have a serious illness. I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who knows about such symptoms in cats.
