I got this explanation from a fried regarding what "Pending Continue to Show" means.

Pending Continue to Show" means a contract has now progressed beyond option period and has moved on from inspection to financing, but seller is still allowing showings for back-up in case financing falls through. It does not mean contract is any less solid than a property listed as "Pending."
