the ST/LT awards and bonuses that were issued for last year's performance…. were agreed to previously... as to the amounts and the percentages.

Data, isn't there any accountability when the BOD makes these salary/bonus decisions? At least an explanation should be presented or is "cash on hand" simply a cookie jar at their disposal? To me it seems very unreasonable considering the share price is about the same as it was 5 years ago. JMO
