now then...let us keep it simple!!!
1. DCvax-L will most likely be approved in this 66% review...what is there not to approve...the drug does no harm and has been proven to extend PFS numerous times...King's college doctors, whom must have done serious rechearch recommended that one of their well known actors be treated with -L...It may not help everyone or all types of brain tumors, but, if it works for one without harming others it is worth approval.
2. DCvax-direct...is another story but...if the tumor on one human regresses then, the transition from animals to humans is achieved...May not work as well and may not work for all humans on all malignancies But,if it does no harm why not approve and let doctors decide on the cure they want to treat their patients with.
