Seems doubtful, though. If as you think that the Bs started the gray market, and MP was not pleased, it is a sign that one cannot depend on the word of the Bs..among numerous other signs of the same conclusion..

I think that the Bs were INONIT starting the Gray market, along with the Lawyers.

Numerous possibilities, few answers.
