Crow, a simple look at the major holders of CEXI stock will prove beyond any reasonable doubt that:

1. the Legal firm which received 1,000,000 shares;

2. Frank Arnold received 890,000 shares;

3. Mark Baker received 174,420 shares;

None of them appear on the major holders list. Wonder why?
