There is more to the purchase...actually it might be more close to 7 billion than 5 billion that I read in another article earlier.
I guess we have factor in all the losses that Motorola caused into the purchase price properly.

As far as the patent value is concerned, I am no expert, but doesn't look like they are that much worth...an particularly the LTE side might be really light.
