If you go back and look at the filings last June, I think you will see that IBC bought up 3D's debt, which was in default, from outside vendors and then sued 3D in a Florida court to set up the settlement agreement. 3D could not pay their bills so they were backed into a corner and forced to deal with IBC.

I'm just glad to see that they have worked things out and stop the bleeding with Keen's help.
