If Oceanlow1 wants us to make sure that TAUG protects the shares they own in ITL he will have to bring to this board concrete information on ITL. I have 4 question for Oceanlow1.

1) Is it true in 2014 that a 2 Million dollar investment was
made in ITL?
2) If so, Who was the investor?
3) How many shares did the investor buy?
4) What price did the investor pay for ITL shares?

ITL shares sold some time ago to private investors at $4.00 per share. Price was determine based on the success in Carlsbad Trial Phase I.

The brakeup between TAUG & ITL resulted in TAUG owning a 9% stake in ITL (Approx 3.3 Million shares at Approx. $1.12.)$3.7 Million dollars.
