(OTC Pink: SKTO) subsidiary Medical Greens ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed a new management agreement with a medical marijuana-focused logistics company that will be providing secure, timely, and customer-focused door-to-door delivery of medical marijuana products to dispensaries across the entire state of California.
