Proto when I read that Hal B comes to mind, not sure. When I get a chance I'll call him to see if he has gone sour on the company or perhaps he has finally sold. I doubt that it is him because the last few times I spoke to him he said a couple times ,, when questioned about how management was handling a few things (you guys remember) he respectfully said that he could not comment about certain things because of his contract. Perhaps that contract has a statute of limitations?

Hal is a smart guy, I wish he was here to help on some things but he had his chance and bowed out, as did Smitty, no need to revisit that era. So much has changed since he was here though, the Perk was dirty, not his fault, at that time the Goetz's were in the lab they were working on cleaning it it up, shortly after Hal left is when Fred went down. They brought in the Dupont Guys, worked with Mom Goetz, Andrew and synthetic drug guys (recreated it and cleaned up the perk). Certainly Hal knows that.

As for the solubility numbers don't doubt me, but I can not elaborate, it wouldn't mean anything to the investors here but apparently it is an important number that should not yet be available (I asked because Optiprof brought it up as an issue and was assured that it wasn't).

BSs will only affect the lil guys reading this board, once news is announced it will confirm what we all think. If it is Hal he better stop it, because after all there are quite a few off us that helped the company along during his tenure. This is not about him now, honestly he owes us that much. He knows my number.
