Institutional investors? You've got to be kidding?
No institutional investor would come near this stock even if they did another 1:1000 reverse split and artificially raised the price to $2/share.
Their problem is not the share price, it's the fact that they have sales in the tens of thousands, and expenses in the hundreds of thousands. At their current rate of sales growth, they might be profitable by approximately 2050.
This is not an investment, it's a dice roll. And the odds are not good.
