I see it only took 2 1/2 months for the Sentinel vs. StrikeForce case to conclude. But with StrikeForce vs. Authentify...Judge Irenas denied Authentify's motion to dismiss that suit on Jan. 16.
Some people want to know why SFOR hasn't sued other companies that they feel have infringed SFOR patents? I'm sure the boys at SFOR want to, but I'm VERY CERTAIN Blank Rome wants to get the win in the case law books in both the PhoneFactor and Authentify cases FIRST. If it is done that way FIRST, it is hard to beat favorable past cases/case law. A win against both will grab national attention in a hurry for SFOR and strengthen the ego and worth of the attorney from Blank Rome.
Keep at them SFOR and Blank Rome!
