You will be aware of a Cease Trading Order issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on January 15 2014.
The CTO was made without Notice under National Instrument 55-105 on the basis of a former Director of AEGY being a resident of Alberta for a 57 day period ending on May 17 2013. Not a scintilla of evidence suggests that this Director traded, distributed or promoted AEGY stock in Alberta.
The commission "claims" a failure to file financial information for that 57 days despite the fact that Audited Financial Statements were filed with the SEC for FYE July 31 2013 [ See 10-K, Nov.13 2013 @ OTC ].
The Commission acted hastily without diligence and may cause all Canadian Investors irreparable harm.
