We are talking about CTKH some people thoght this company was naked shorted, The buyins.net proved him wrong the same guy thought Hilal had big blocks of common shares 1 to 3 billion shares. Same poster does not understand what preferred shares mean. With CTKH Hilal can convert to common when ever he feels like it. Now he wants you to think Hilal is in a quiet period before filing. Here is the Defination of Quiet Period these are facts folks. Go to google and you will see no such animal as pre filing silent period!!
