Yes, all day long. The reason TD will not let you buy the stock is they are SHORT a whole bunch of shares and they can not afford to short anymore shares by letting you buy them "retail"....and they are using the convenient excuse of there is some sort of DTCC "chill" on the stock, yea right.....LMAO

So yes, Scottrade will let you buy all the AEGY you want.
