Why were they NOT CAPPED , actually why was there even a condition written into them to NOT CAP THEM?
Cost money for a lawyer to write every extra word in a contract , it takes time and lawyer types cahrge by the minutes for time......

In short WHY even add a stipulation to a contract that won't happen or that may not happen?
