Who is 'penny buster' ?

I don't want to mix apples with oranges or suggest anything negative one way or the other. But I read through the comment by Pennybuster. He sounds like he has some expertise in his presentation at least. Then I went and looked at his 'bio' and saw he has 500 + follwers, Plus a penny stock pick service ...I happened to click on it and clicked on a 'past profile'
and saw "Royale Energy",
I have no idea if he recommended it as a buy or a sell? but I can tell you that back in 2006-2007 our old portfolio manager (total idiot) Insisted that my wife invest 50 thousand dollars in Royale Energy, their private investment ownership in a gas well,whatever it was...(this was before I took over the portfolio from the idiot)
50 thousand dollars.....and the well drilled dry holes and she lost the whole investment. its worth 1 dollar now. BUST.
Was that one of your recommendation picks ,Pennybuster. I sure hope not.....
