Ou and FatCat, I think Ou takes the historically sound position re:

I have pushed Flipper and gpb to give their reasons for believing the recommendation will be to halt the trial due to efficacy, or at least to get their odds for it happening. It isn't because I want to debate anyone on it - quite the opposite, it's because I want to think we have a real chance at it. But a continue is the most likely IMO.

The result of being "pushed" to explain why I am optimistic, re: early termination of the phase three trial, has resulted in multiple posts. I am in the minority. However, I gathered up these posts I wrote over time (below). They demonstrate some evolution, clarification, retractions and IMHO improvement over time. They are not all related to Ou's "pushes," but they mostly relate to, and substantiate in some direct or indirect way, why I believe DCVAX-L can be approved early.
