Yes, Authentify sued Phone Factor and won. Regarding your correspondence with HipHop about Sentinel Insurance...I'm quite sure that SFOR wanted (and felt) Sentinel should help them in court against the Authentify lawsuit (which Authentify initially claimed a suit against SFOR). SFOR has since countered and claims Authentify's patent is not valid. It appeared to me a while back Sentinel felt they didn't need to go to court to defend SFOR. Now, it has been determined by a judge that Sentinel doesn't have to help defend SFOR. What is next? When litigating, you get EVERYTHING to help you case that you can, and now that Sentinel is out, SFOR moves forward with what they have. It is my understanding that SFOR feels Authentify's patent is not valid (hence, in SFOR's eyes, how could they infringe an invalid patent? SFOR will be moving forward!
