In my post, the paragraph above the numbers is copied straight from the most recent quarterly report. It's on page 17 and I've also copied it below. The last sentence...

(e) The Marina Model
Wialan is the only company in the world that provides wireless security systems for marinas. Less than twelve percent of all marinas around the world provide WiFi connectivity. Wialan has taken WiFi one step further with the incorporation of a live stream video camera connection which allows marina owners to have 24/7 viewing of all marina facilities via on-site server of through Wialan Marina applications for cell phones. Wialan expects to deliver and install its Wi-Gate Security Network to over 250 marinas in 2014 - primarily in the states of Florida and California.
