I'm assuming those companies on the LSE are also listed on the TSX which is why they would be able file a real NI 43-101. It isn't about the format, it is about the Canadian regulators approving the document.

Calling something a NI 43-101 when it isn't filed and approved with them is not something Canadian regulators take lightly.
