I have seen plenty of Industry Guide 7 compliant reports laid out like an NI 43-101 report. A geologist can lay out their report any damn way they please. That doesn't make it an NI 43-101 report in any way, shape or form.

What makes it an NI 43-101 report is that it comes from a Canadian reporting issuer AND that it has been filed with, and reviewed by, Canadian securities regulators.

The form of the report is meaningless.
