Ah, so that means TSMC can conjure capacity out of thin air? This is the kind of nonsense from you that I find irritating. If it's a company you like then it's a given that they they can do anything, on time and without complications or delays. Unfortunately, that's not how things happen. It didn't happen at 40nm, didn't happen at 28nm and it's not going to happen at 20nm.

A good business? Four years behind Intel on FinFET. Their FinFET future still not defined or assured. You want me to give them a pat on the back for slow development of an economically flawed planar node?
