I must note that the phraseology used today is almost identical to that used after the infamous "peace talks" awhile ago. Particularly the part about not wanting to incur additional legal fees. So, for me as a non-trader/flipper, I'm not excited about this latest release one way or the other. I would prefer a full and complete jury decision to validate the patents one way or another. That is the only outcome, IMO, that would justify this company as a continued investment.

An out of court settlement would require a substantial monetary event such as a large licensing agreement or equally substantial return to justify dragging this out any further.
