Yes you have around 37 million shares today worth approx $15 million. As of 8th August there will be close to another 150 million trading shares combined with the 37 million existing. That means 187 million shares divided into the same $15 million. This equates to 8 cents per share at todays prices.
I will also reiterate again. ANYBODY BUYING GRILLIT SHARES TODAY DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE 4 EXTRA SHARES FOR TRADING AS OF AUGUST 8TH you had to hold shares on 7th August 2013 to get the extra shares.
