It's cool no worries , we are here to help each other, Il explain in a nut shell but I'm sure in one of the stickys in goes in depth ..
In a nutshell for every 140 shares you own of BMSN will equal 1 REGEN share when the ipo opens , BMSN has not released the "record date" for which the divy will take place which is good because it gives us the opportunity to get more shares
