Strategy indeed... If you pay off debt with stock priced at one dollar then the shares of regen must open higher than this price. I figure that the only way for that to happen is for there to be extreme interest in the IPO (with such a small SS of course) This would happen if, when the IPO date is announced, probably 72 hours after PR, they will then announce FDA phase one approval in the interim.(between PR and IPO day) Once they have proven to the public that they are capable of gaining FDA approval you will see the next IND application for Min's baby... I don't see this working in any other order. First: Divy Date. Second: FDA for HemaXellerate I (prior to IPO date) and lastly IND for Dcellvax...(possibly on the day of the IPO) there is more impact for the submission after Phase I trials approved for Hema...
Speculation on my part of course...but tactically sound
