Actually, it has been stated by Frank that the company is worth over $10mil in assetts and has over 500 shareholders. Any company that has more than 500 shareholders and $10 million in assets is required to file annual and quarterly reports with the SEC. http://www.fool.com/specials/2000/sp000223fraud5.htm
