Franks side to the story is that they are fully funded, the audit due out anytime and he will not issue shares unless for mary hartman and if that happens he will bring it to shareholders attention first.

as far as your other post...broadcasting live isnt a necessity in todays world of taped shows...heck..leno and letterman arent always live..nor oprah ...

as far as the audit...sure there is an audit...just bacause you didnt get a copy your mad....franks not obgligated to file anything....its a pink yet you people incessantly whine..

lastly...ive nothing to prove to you or anyone here....i understand its non reporting,non filing...i also understand anything ive invested is on me ....not the ceo or the sec...you see ..i knew what it was when i bought it...im not even going to attempt to change the way the sec regulates its companies or change a ceo who chooses to be on the pinks...nor will i spew lies on a message board cause i feel used or im sad cause i lost money i couldnt afford...
