Also, I am NOT in favor of expensing stock options as proposed by FASB. Rather, I am in favor of more informed shareholders that understand and REJECT needless DILUTION of their stock investments.

You're worried about dilution but you're not in favor of expensing stock options??? You're contradicting yourself. It is precisely because companies don't have to expense this type of compensation that they are encouraged to issue them generously since it makes their profit margins look better and it increases cash.

Like I said, you need to get a better sense of proportion. IDCC is not a Fortune 500 company. IDCC is a small company that still has to generate $100M in quarterly sales. As such, it will most likely have to adjust its operating model many more times to achieve those type of milestones. Why limit its flexibility to reach those financial milestones?

Lastly, dilution is NOT yet a problem for IDCC. Period.
