No clue, Forest. Apparently they're focused on the $2m break up fee, which was based off of your simple and logical question. It would be nice if the replies here were relevant to the topic at hand, formulated in coherent sentences. The cheerleading is exhausting.

Regardless. It's not about the $2m, there is probably a lot to go through and therefore it's taking this long for the deal to finalize. The breakup fee is so no one's wasting time, it's a reimbursement for resources.

It makes me curious to know if KKR is considering the impact of debt and equity holder waterfall payments that could be made to the escrow accounts. Or if this is strictly a forward-looking opportunity for them.
