First of all we long term shareholders know why the b team showed up a few months ago its pretty obvious, secondly if one is a true investor not a flipper going to BC and checking things out is a big part of due diligence, i have done all that and created a relationship with HQ there very passionate about the technology and they want to make a difference in cleaning up this planet is my take on management, thirdly larry has kept dilution minimal even through the tough times a few years back to lead us to this point so if he has to dilute a bit to get us over the hump i am fine with that. What i am trying to say is he kept dilution minimal over the years just in case he has to dilute for a good reason. I know from talking to him he hates to dilute he will look for other ways, he uses dilution as a last resort rare in otc.
