Thanks olddog967 for the clarification on the '970 patent and the ITC 613 cases. I guess we will have to wait until something moves or the records are made public. Another interesting this is that neither the ALJ nor the commission seem to have adopted the claim construction provided by CAFC (based on the discussion that I have seen here...or my sheer misunderstanding)
