He could of said, I believe if we change our claims on the website, rebranded the bottle, pulled the advertising and Blah blah blah, that this should clear up the matter with the SEC. Instead you got absolutely nothing, spin it all you want, that is not what you wanted to hear out of your new supposedly legitimate CEO!
