teecee it is a lot more than 3% per year. In Corp_buyers post there is a misleading figure. The 57 million fully diluted shares does not include the shares that are yet to be issued for options that have currently been granted to the tune of another 7 or 8 million shares. All of the shares available under the option grants are not counted in the 57 million figure.

I don't have time right now to show you but the figure that is not misleading is the fact that currently there are over 10,000,000 options already granted, some of which are included in the fully diluted EPS. When you see the 1st quarter earnings the fully diluted number of shares will jump to 64 - 65 million shares due to these options that have already been granted. To me and most people who fully understand it, that is a BFD when you look at the fact that as recently as 1998, there were less than 50,000,000 shares outstanding. A dilution over that time frame of over 30% is a BFD.

I have to get going and later I will try to show you exactly where this information is although I am certain that you will ignore the facts when they are presented to you. You understand this a lot more than most and I believe you are trying to sugar coat the impact in order to try to protect your investment over the short term. I on the other hand want to protect my investment long term by stopping the bleeding that is going on, and right now we are hemorrhaging.
